Job Description : a) Participate in audits/inspectionsb) Develop and implement plan of correctionc) Ensure service delivery per Annex A and/or other contractual guidanced) Ensure safety of all clients, program staff and infrastructuree) Complete all safety drills and inspections as scheduled and/or needed2. Manage Program Budget under the direction of the Director/Senior Directora) Review and approve program billingb) Address and correct areas where service delivery is not optimized, resulting in failure to capture revenuec) Keep all costs within or under budget and forecast future budget needsd) Make adjustments to expenses as aligned with budgete) Monitor program costs and spending3. Enhance Service Delivery & Program Modela) Evaluate program strengths and identify areas of improvement, quarterly as identified in the Annual Performance Improvement Plans.b) Implement and manage changes to ensure project goals and objectives are met for grants and special initiatives including producing accurate and timely reporting.c) Complete weekly clinical file reviews to ensure 100% service delivery, timely treatment planning, and other relevant areas of clinical care.d) Monitor and ensure Annex A service delivery, including treatment authorizations, and timely submission of billing.e) Foster a drug free environment, including the use of unscheduled/scheduled drug screening of clients.f) Respond to all client concerns, where needed.g) Ensure client satisfaction by soliciting feedback, client satisfaction surveys, and4. Staff Developmenta) Provide administrative supervision of all program staffb) Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate all program staff—with KPIs and measurable business and developmental goalsc) Coordinate with Human Resources and Director/Senior Director to address personnel related issues.5. Maintain a caseload of clients.All other items as assigned by supervisor, to meet organizational needs.Physical RequirementsThe program manager is required to stand/sit for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects on a regular basis, and do repetitive tasks with few breaks. This is a largely sedentary role; however, some filing is required, which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand on a stool as necessary.Direct ReportsThe program manager will administratively supervise all program staff (counselors & coordinators), and where the program managers license permits—also provide clinical supervision to the clinical staff (counselors).Location: 103 Lincoln Park, Newark, NJ 07102Job Type: Full-time
