Job Description : Essential Duties and FunctionsCreate or run reports to analyze billing and accounts receivable trends and keep the Revenue Cycle Manager informed as to the progress, results, and conclusions reached in regards to:Timely billing of servicesCollection of services billedAging of outstanding accounts receivableUnauthorized servicesWrite-offs or adjustments resulting from payor denials or rejectionsUtilize data analysis and standardized reporting techniques to report progress and troubleshoot problemsSupport the Revenue Cycle Manager in the review of aged accounts receivable including making inquiries and documenting and communicating collection issues or concerns with program leaders and the divisional staffWork with programs throughout the division and partner with other division leaders to review and billing procedures including front desk functionsComplete and report on adjustments in billing and write-off’sReview/Prepare Accounts Receivable sub-ledger reconciliations to the General LedgerComplete Accounting duties as assignedPerform Cash ApplicationSupport the Program and Division with compliance auditsSupport Programs in Monthly Bank ReconciliationsReview incoming payments through the Lockbox processReport custodial fund balances to corporate accounting quarterlyOther duties as assignedJob Types: Full-time, TemporaryPay: Up to $20.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWork Location: One location
