Job Description : Full Time and Part Time Computer TechnicianNew Dream Inc is a growing e-commerce and IT company with it’s headquarters in Oregon. We have opened up a new branch in Lansdale, PA. We have a need for a few computer technicians! We are searching for candidates who are eager to begin their IT careers and have a strong, fast-paced work ethic while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Currently hiring for a Tuesday- Saturday shift, 10am-6:30pm.General Responsibilities and Requirements: Reliable and professional work ethic, someone who takes PRIDE in their work!ALWAYS follow safety guidelines, no exceptions. Safety is very important to us!Follow instructions while working in a team or independent environment.Prioritize workloads to handle multiple projects and deadlines.Ability to use Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word, OneNote, etc.cleaning of work area.Knowledge of basic mathematics is mandatory.High School diploma or equivalent.Technical Responsibilities and Requirements: Hardware: Upgrade units for customized orders with extreme detail to cleanliness, care of product, and accuracy.Troubleshoot and diagnose desktop, laptop, and all-in-one computers, as well as other electronics.Self-starter who can use resources at hand to identify the solution to problems that arise with hardware and software.Experience with the following tasks with little or no instruction or supervision: Disassemble and inspect laptop computers. (Desktops are assumed knowledge)Identify upgrade options by looking at physical hardware.Verify components and partitions via command prompt.Re-assemble units in a like-new state.We are looking for long-term candidates who are looking for a great opportunity to grow and succeed with our company.
