Job Description : Duties & Responsibilities: Monitoring of Microfinance MIS System Responsible to support all aspects of MIS system Manage Loan Portfolio of all assigned branches planning & management Supervise data entry staff Provide Report Generation for Management and Regulator Respond to ad hoc information requirements from internal departments and regulators Coordinate with Internal Audit Team for Repayment, Portfolio Audit and data quality Train people who use MIS System Under take other duties as requested Able to travel if required Relevant Experience: Desirable Good Knowledge in SQL Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Knowledge of Bijli Software will be an added advantage Excellent Presentation Skill Good in English and Bengali (reading, writing, understanding) Good Interpersonal skill Can work independently and with team Resume may please be forwarded to the following email id: info@grameenshakti.co.in / hrmanager@grameenshakti.co.in
