HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
Petroleum Service Corporation is now hiring Lab Technicians to join our team at a brand-new state-of-the-art cracker plant in Monaca, PA. This role will be responsible for supporting plant operations by performing tests, operating equipment and maintaining equipment in the lab. These are regular full-time essential positions with potential advancement opportunities. Experience is not always required, and paid, on-the-job-training is available. Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (rotates between days, nights, on call and off days)
Pay Range: $20.00 – $23.00 an hour
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Supports plant operations by performing testing as per standard methods and procedures.
Setting up testing and operating equipment, as well as, maintaining equipment and facilities.
Demonstrates upmost level of integrity while performing testing with accuracy and precision.
Assures quality through company quality management systems and ISO 9001.
Understands plant processes and uses knowledge and data to interpret results.
Adherence to non-conforming work SOPs and making sound judgement through corrective actions.
Understanding of OSHA, EPA, and federal regulations regarding laboratory safety and waste management.
Completes any other tasks assigned
Job Qualifications:
Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
Stable work history with good references from past employers
Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
Speak fluent English
PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus.
