$1,000 Sign- on Bonus Potential ($500 1st pay/$500 after 90 days)
Position Type: Full-time/No weekends/No Holidays

JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective: We are currently seeking a Call Center Representative who is a friendly, team-orientated, and self-motivated individual who is able to function in a fast-paced office environment while providing exceptional service to our patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls and respond to caller inquiries regarding appointments or general information
Schedule appointments in accordance with the timing needs of callers and Provider availability
Route calls to relevant department or personnel
Making follow up phone calls to patients and facilities
Obtain, enter and verify insurance and patient demographic information
Performs other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Proficiency with windows based computer programs
The ideal candidate will have the following:

Good communication skills
Ability to be flexible to patient needs
