Job Description : Part Time Packer
Location: Abbottstown, PA
Pay Rate: $16.42/ hour
Shifts Available:2nd Shift
Additional Information: Monday to Friday, 5:00pm-9:30pm
G&S Foods continues to grow and is looking to add Part Time Packers to the team! Immediate

job offers for direct hire with a stable work shift throughout the year.
Our Packers are reliable team members responsible for preparing cartons, packing our

product, perform final quality inspections, and palletizing of product.
Can you:
Prepare cardboard trays for product packing by supplying the packing
station, stapling carton ends together, and placing trays on the work table;

operates tray making or stapling machine?
Ensure that products are packaged in boxes with appropriate corresponding
labels, place proper quantities of product in each carton?
Inspect final product before packing by checking bag weights, codes and
prices, bag and caddy seals?
Remove unsuitable product and communicate persistent packaging
problems to supervisor?
Follow proper Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and standards?
Ensure that work areas are cleaned up at end of shift each day and helps
prepare lines for next day’s production or for next shifts production?

Available to work overtime as needed
We offer:
$14.00/ hour for 1st shift, $16.00/ hour for 2nd and 3rd shift
1st• shift hours: 8:30am-1:00pm, Monday-Friday

2 shift hours: 5:00pm-9:30pm, Monday-Friday
3rd shift hours: 1:00am-5:00am, Monday-Friday
