Job Description : We are seeking a candidate to replace our Office/Executive Assistant who is scheduled to retire in March. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.REASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe position will require the following physical activities on a regular basis: Standing, sitting, walking, talking, hearing, and handling. The maximum amount of weight required to be lifted will be up to 25 pounds. There are no special vision requirements.WORK ENVIRONMENTIndoors in a temperature-controlled environment as well as non-temperature-controlled environments.
