We have been named one of the “Top Workplaces” in 2021 by The Philadelphia Inquirer and one of the top 25 “Largest Accounting Firms in the Philadelphia Region” by the Philadelphia Business Journal.Position Responsibilities Build a human resources department at IsdanerCreate rubrics for professional advancement and partnership trackWork with managing partner (and/or executive committee) to develop a partner-level evaluation programLead the firm’s recruitment as a goal-focused initiativeDirect the firm’s innovation in staffingDevelop partnerships with local colleges/universities and expand the firm’s association with those institution’s accounting programsCounsel and coach firm employeesLead the firm’s employee relations functionCoordinate with marketing regarding the firm’s digital footprint (social media) – especially as it relates to recruitment and developmentLead the thought process on matters involving retention and turnoverCoordinate the firm’s performance review and compensation systemLead the firm’s compliance requirements including diversity & inclusion, HIPPA, substance abuse issues, hiring practices, file retention, etc.Coordinate the firm’s mentoring programLead the firm’s efforts in wellness & engagement.
