Position : Experienced Full-Time Nanny
Job Description : Single, professional father of amazing 2-year old little boy seeking experienced full-time nanny, Monday through Friday. We are looking for someone experienced, responsible, enthusiastic, active, and trustworthy. Hopefully, this person would become like part of our family and work with us / be friends with us for many years.What works best for our family: Lover of art, music, reading books, activity/play, and the outdoors.Enthusiastic, optimistic, and outgoing.First aid / CPR certified.Covid vaccinated.Clean driver’s license and a capable, confident driver.5+ years of experience as a professional nanny. Even better if you have more experience and raised children of your own.What the days would look like: Dad works hard but is super involved. The ideal schedule would be Monday through Friday, 10:30am to 5:30 or 6pm depending on your availability. Mornings are playing in the yard, playing toys, and maybe a music class, art class, or library story hour. Then a snack, reading some books, and a nap. Afternoons (post-nap) are lunch, playing toys or playing outside if the weather is nice. Maybe a trip to the park. Maybe a visit to see grandparents near by. Early evening is getting dinner ready, which is just heating up something on a skillet (we have a great meal prep service that we use). Dad is home at 5:30 for dinner and to take over for the rest of the day.Occasionally, we may need a bit more help if your schedule allows.A few other random notes: Strong preference for someone who is willing to work with us long term (several years) if it’s a good fit.We are nice, welcoming, happy, outgoing, accepting people. We are looking for the same.If you have a young child of your own, do not hesitate to apply.
