Job Description : Ability to work effectively within a diverse population and workforce both individually and as part of a teamAbility to drive performance through analysis of KPI’s to aid in developing greater operational efficiency that constantly improves on-time shipping/receiving and inventory integrityStrong organizational skills and flexibilityAbility to manage time effectivelyMaintain consistent and regular attendance and be available to work overtime, holidays and weekends as needed at times on less than 24 hours’ noticePerform other duties as assignedCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:High school diploma or GED equivalent;1-3 years front line warehouse supervisory experience required;1 year management experience preferredMust submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screenProvide and maintain a valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation (MVR Report must be obtained by applicant and submitted for approval prior to hire date)Acknowledgement of and adherence to all Company policies and procedures as contained within the Fisher Auto Parts Employee and Driver’s HandbooksPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistanceFrequently required to walk, stand, sit, reach, lift, carry, bend, kneel, and stoopAlso required to climb, balance, crouch, crawl, squat, talk, speak, and hearSpecific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focusMay be occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts and/or vehicles, heights both inside and outside, toxic or caustic chemicals, inclement weather conditions, various degrees of cold and heat, risk of electrical shock, items of bulky or varying weight.
