Position : Assistant Director of Admission
Job Description : Saint Vincent College is currently seeking applicants for the position of Assistant Director of Admission. This is a full-time position with benefits. Responsibilities include serving as a primary brand ambassador and territory manager for assigned recruitment territory to successfully grow enrollment by providing highly individualized service to prospective students. Provide recruitment, admission mentorship to admission counselors. Provide support to the Director of Recruitment and Dean of Admission as needed.Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree required.Experience: 3 years of admission/enrollment management experience required.Essential duties: Increase enrollment by developing contacts and relationships with guidance counselors, transfer counselors, prospective students and their families, and community organizations.Coordinate and execute territory management activities such as college fairs, high school visits, community college visits, virtual events, individual meetings with high school staff, student and families and other organizations focused on college readiness. Travel approximately 25-30%.Manage territory admission funnel to successfully impact conversion and yield of applicants and accepted students.Review and make decision recommendations on completed applications.Communicate effectively the mission, culture, benefits and value of a Saint Vincent educational experience as well as the admission and financial aid processes at Saint Vincent.Assess daily performance reports to inform tasks and duties.
