We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Senior Account Manager to be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, as well as communication with the client post-sale. A critical function of the Senior Account Manager is ensuring consistent communications with the client throughout project implementation and understanding the client’s needs, business, and educational intent.What a day in the life of a ReachMD Senior Account Manager looks like: Becoming well versed in client’s therapeutic areas and knowledgeable on their marketing strategyUnderstanding the scope of the project(s) and success criteriaEnsuring project fiscal health is maintained and timelines are metEngaging with clients on a regular basisProviding oversight and direction to project management teamDelivering metrics reportsAssisting business development team in client strategy and tactical plansDeveloping client budgetsActing as a consultative resource to our clients demonstrating our expertise and knowledgeAssisting with client renewal strategyWhat we expect from qualified candidates: Must work on location at our Fort Washington, PA officePossess a bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalentHave a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a client services role in the pharmaceutical industryPossess comfort and confidence leading client meetingsPossess exceptional written, verbal, and analytical skillsUnderstanding data and critical metrics that are important to clientsUnderstanding medical regulatory submission (MLR) process and systems is a mustThink strategicallyMaintain excellent attention to detail and have the ability to prioritizeHave the ability to handle conflict and problem-solveExhibit strong leadership qualitiesBe flexible and independent while working in a fast-paced environmentBe able to travel and work extended hours, as neededBe proficient in MS OfficeWhat qualified candidates can expect from us: Along with a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a modern working environment that supports work/life balance.
