About This Team

Global Fulfillment is a core function of lululemon supply chain and operations. Our fulfillment network covers all operations & processes across inbound logistics, distribution, trade, engineering, and outbound logistics.

The Global Fulfillment Communications Coordinator will work day-to-day with the DC Engagement Specialist and report directly to the Global Fulfillment Engagement Lead. The Engagement Lead is responsible for owning Global Fulfillment communications and engagement across Distribution Centers and SSC teams.

The purpose of the Global Fulfillment Communications Coordinator role is to manage day-to-day requests, communications and engagement initiatives at the distribution centre (DC). They are the source of contact for the internal communications platform and will support the management and team leads with communication and updates through the platform. The role also manages system access to our agency workforce, requiring regular communications with both internal and external contacts. If this role is successful, our DC employees will have timely, relevant information available in the platform, as well as the credentials they need to access the tool.

A Day In The Life

Manage intake of all communications requests, elevating topics to the broader Global Fulfillment communications team that fall outside of day-to-day operations
Post content specific to day-to-day operations at the DC messaging
Assist in training new users at the DC location
Manage social calendar for DC location
Help execute engagement activities/events at DCs
Assist DC leadership with other communications and admin tasks, as needed

Qualifications

1 year experience in business communications or an administrative position is preferred
Prior experience working in fulfillment operations/distribution centers is ideal
Excellent written communications skills, with a solid handle on grammar and spelling
Strong organization and time management, and problem-solving skills
Ability to wear multiple hats and balance several key priorities
Ability to work independently and in diverse groups
Demonstrated ability to responsibly handle confidential information
