Our company has doubled five years running, and we need YOU!Responsibilities will include:Answering customer questions via phone, social media, and email about Earthley products (you will be trained, but pre-existing experience with herbalism and natural products is a big plus)Answering live chats via our websiteHandling customer issues (product quality, shipping issues, issuing refunds, etc…)Assisting with wholesale orders/customersAssisting with packing and shipping orders occasionallyRequirements:Dedicated to our mission and long-term goals (very passionate about natural living and alternative health products)Experience with WordPress, shipping/logistics, customer service are all big plusesDetail oriented, and able to follow company guidelinesMust be able to work AT LEAST 35 hours per weekMust be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekendsMust be willing to do what needs done; the exact responsibilities of the day will vary, depending on the season and current workloadMust work well with others, and be willing to work alone once trainedPlease take a few minutes to read through our website and social media and get familiar with our company’s mission and passion.
