Position : Manufacturing Customer Service Representative
Job Description : Customer Service Representative J.H. Bennett and Company, Inc. Our customer service team will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.CSR’s show empathy and genuine desire to help our customers achieve success while problem- solving and investigating when necessary. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfactionResponsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries.Effectively communicate with customers through various channels.Build rapport and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.Document and resolve or escalate customer complaints effectively and efficiently.Product knowledge and/or the ability to quickly acquire product information to answer customer questions.Efficiently process orders, forms, applications, and requests.Accurately load new parts as requiredCoordinate with sales to provide consistent service, support, pricing, etc. to our customers.Coordinate with vendors to ensure customer requirements are metCommunicate and coordinate with colleagues in the same or other department as necessary.Follow company policies and procedures with minimal supervision.Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.Required Skills and Abilities: Strong Communication skills, including active listening, and clear articulationAbility to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate tactfullyAbility to manage time, multitask, and prioritizeAbility to perform required job functions with minimal supervisionAbility to work both individually and as a teamAbility to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customersProficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly and effectivelyExcellent follow up skills to ensure that customer needs are met swiftly and completelyWhy work at J.H.
