Job Description : If you are a professional craftsperson who is experienced in installing windows in homes of all shapes, sizes and styles, we want to hear from you! We bring on folks who are proud of the work they do and the products they install, and who are dedicated to working with individual homeowners.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING | THE ROLETake time to get to know homeownersExplain what will happen throughout the dayPractice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customersProvide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job sitePreparation of windows/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaningExterior/Interior finish work on all productsWHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSONWindow and door installation and remodel experienceA proven track record of superior workmanshipHigh School Diploma or equivalent1 year of construction or carpentry experienceWillingness to learn new skillsValid drivers licensePass background checkProvide proof of liability and workers compensation insuranceBe EPA certified, or willing to become certified for RRP regulationsSupply truck, trailer and toolsStrong commitment to homeowner satisfaction and customer serviceOur ultimate goal is to provide every homeowner with a world class window and door replacement experience.
