Ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset and be able to provide exceptional customer service to new caregivers as they transition from candidate to caregiver. Role involves customer service, quality check, and critical thinking.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate and coordinate new Caregiver HR appointments.
Ensures exceptional customer service expectations are met.
Responsible for accurate and timely candidate and new Caregiver communications.
Reviews and appropriately addresses OneHR cases.
Assists with applicant tracking system activities.
Performs quality checks and ensures new hire and internal transfer compliance.
Tracks and reports timely on new Caregiver status as it relates to HR appointment readiness and attendance, missing documents and clearance.
Maintains the I-9 dashboard and communicates non-compliance appropriately.
Ensures new Caregiver onboarding is complete by their start date.
Responsible for achieving individual goals and metrics and also assists in meeting departmental goals.
Demonstrated proficiency in all systems and technology required for the role.
Maintains accuracy of applicant tracking system.
Coordinates or assists with recruitment events as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership.
Provides support with miscellaneous projects and spreadsheet work.
Responsible for onboarding, training and coaching new Caregivers.
Partners with Human Resources for compliance and regulatory audits, reviews and inspections.
Other duties as assigned.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED required.
Certifications:
None required.
Complexity of Work:
Demonstrate strong and effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and possess strong customer service skills.
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Must be able to work in a fast paced and high volume environment.
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office suite.
Must be team oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a flexible, fast paced and challenging environment.
Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to work proactively and effectively while ensuring compliance.
Displays professionalism throughout the recruitment process.
Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
Previous human resources or customer service experience is preferred.
Experience with computers and Microsoft Office suite required.
Physical Requirements:
Possess full range of body motion including handling and lifting items up to 50 pounds, manual and finger dexterity and eye hand coordination.
Manual dexterity to perform work on a computer
Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Must be able to travel to various Cleveland Clinic sites.
Personal Protective Equipment:
Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
