Duties would mainly include placing signs, checking on condition of home, allowing prospective tenants to view rental homes, and provide marketing flyers.Office assistant is a role to manage incoming phone calls and provides support to other office staff as needed. Duties would mainly include answering multi-line phone system and routing calls, scanning and uploading documents, filing paperwork, calling prospective clients to set appointments, and other office duties as needed.The right candidate will perform both duties for full time hours. Additionally, we offer tuition assistance to employees taking Real Estate Licensee pre-licensure classes necessary to take the Ohio Real Estate Salesperson exam.
