Position : warehouse Data Clerk
Job Description : Services Required: Support the Data Systems Operations sub-section in Evendale, with material procurement, facilities coordination, and logistics (shipping, receiving, storage, hardware tracking, and other related tasks).In addition, purchase service will develop and maintain detailed storage inventory records. Detail task descriptions can be found below under Scope and Duties.Scope and Duties: Procurement Facilitate procurement of materials and supplies for personnel in the assigned subsection (DSO), and coordinate with applicable sourcing assets (Wolseley, Source 1, etc).Provide status of in progress procurements when requiredShipping Creating shipping documentsGetting material banded (if necessary)Contacting truckersCoordination with Evendale dock, Jacobs, etc.Tracking of hardware in the shipping processTransport of expedited materials to and from local shipping facilities, and instrumentation components between the Evendale site and local area subcontractor sites for processing. (typically, < 30-mile radius) This involves the use of purchase service contractor private vehicle(s) with mileage reimbursement.Mileage costs to be billed to ClientOther related duties as requiredReceiving Watching skids deliveredContacting item owners upon receipt of equipmentCoordinate trucker movesContacting engineers on recWorking with area personnel on correct storage areasHelping keep receiving area safe/cleanTracking of hardwareInventory Establish/maintain inventory systems used in each sub-section for parts identification/location/trackingWork RFID/barcode implementation in each area as applicable.Maintain detailed records/systems for compliance.
