Position : Director of Facilities Operations
Job Description : If you’re looking for a job that will challenge and inspire you, a job that will offer tremendous professional and personal growth, and a job that will provide unique experiences, then Dayton Dragons Professional Baseball is the right place for you.The Director of Facilities Operations will have the responsibility of creating a comprehensive maintenance program and implement yearly time schedules to maintain the facility of Day Air Credit Union Ballpark in all aspects.Develop budget for facility repairs and maintenance and maintain the Ballpark within the annual allotted budget.Coordinate and manage the capital budget planning for yearly construction projects as needed.Provide direct oversight and management of the facility maintenance staff.Oversee all maintenance related contracts and facilitate contractual services and yearly inspections with various vendors for Day Air Credit Union Ballpark (Cleaning, HVACs, plumbing, backflow preventors, elevators, fire suppression system, fire extinguishers, night security, waste removal and recycling, Daktronics, ADT, etc.).Responsible for all permit applications including the yearly occupancy permit.Manage all cleaning responsibilities of Day Air Credit Union Ballpark per the specifications.Programming of all operational systems.Perform general inspections on the following areas: water pumps, water heaters, air control pumps, HVACs filters, lighting systems including emergency lighting and field lights, and scoreboard/videoboard.Evaluate the utility management program with energy providers.The Director of Facility Operations will also perform general labor tasks on a daily basis and should have basic knowledge about MEP systemsThis position at times will require an irregular work schedule which may includes weekends, holidays, and any other times as the schedule dictates.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:HolidaysWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Dayton, OH 45402: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Preferred)Work Location: One location
