Job Description : Harbor is currently seeking a full-time, remote, IT Telehealth Coordinator who serves as member of the Information Technology Team by having knowledge of agency’s telehealth applications and agency business practices.Education/Experience/Other Requirements:Associate degree (or equivalent) required in the field of healthcare, behavioral health, business, computer science or information systems. Bachelor degree preferred.Prior experience developing and conducting training preferred.Prior customer service experience referred.Must demonstrate proficiency with Windows operating systems.Must be able to learn protocols quickly, follow directions, maintain confidentiality and be a team player with experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Must be able to multitask, prioritize workload and be able to work well under stress and time pressure.Must be able to convey technical issues and material to a non-technical audience.Must have excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to communicate (verbally and written) effectively with a diverse group.Must be patient, conscientious, self-motivated, independent and productive with very strong customer service skills.Must have transportation and be willing to use personal car for job related duties.Essential Job Competencies/Primary Duties:Observe and analyze business process functions throughout agency. Identify, plan and assist with implementation of improved work flows to increase efficiency and improve outcomes.Facilitate project meetings and designated work group initiatives.Coordinate with third-party vendors as needed/directed to carry out project initiatives and ensure stabilityActs as consultant for other teams and departments to assist with full integration of telehealth technology and regulations into business work flows and provides timely communication to staff regarding telehealth systems and requirements.Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to incoming calls, emails and requests to the help desk. Provides support for such requests, including desktop, hardware, software, network, phone and application support.Enters complete information of all help desk interactions into agency’s tracking software in a timely manner. Documents resolution and/or any applicable additional information before assigning to another team member.Monitors incoming work orders into agency help desk software at initiation through resolution. Assigns, prioritizes, schedules and escalates work orders as necessary. Escalates work orders requiring urgent attention.Ensures timely resolution to issues/requests by tracking work orders and keeping staff updated on the status of work order resolution.Trains staff on telehealth and the use of software and technology used at agency on an initial and ongoing basis, as needed.Administers and maintains user accounts for telehealth systems, including removing accessibility upon termination.Maintains understanding of Lighthouse’s business process workflows and the use of technology/software.Tests updates, customizations, and new releases of the software and technology used and supported at agency.
