Job Description : We are looking for dependable help on our loading dock. Spanish or English speaking; bi-lingual a bonus. Duties will include, but not be limited to:*Fork lift operation, loading and unloading pallets from trailers on on the dock.*Staging orders; Multiple orders are pulled at the same time, so orders must be staged together, and grouped by which truck they are going on.*Quality control; Verify counts, quality, and ensure appropriate labels are in place*Work with sales and shipping staff, as well as order pullers to ensure quality standards*Load trucks and make sure plants are stacked neatly and safely so no plants are injured during shipping.*Keep the shipping area neat and tidy*Work with other departments during slow shipping times.We rely heavily on our dock personnel as a key component of keeping our business moving throughout the year. Positive demeanor and high motivation are a must.
