Position : Talent Acquisition Partner – Clinical Recruiter
Job Description : Responsible for the implementation of the employment program for all positions clinical and non-clinical; this includes the recruitment, interview, background check, licensure and education verification, and the candidate selection processes. Responsible for basic understanding of Dayton Children’s organizational structure as well as an extensive knowledge of human resources policy and procedure and federal and state laws regarding employment practices. Responsible for the development and maintenance of strong and positive working relationships with both internal leaders/hiring managers and and the administrators and instructors at local schools, colleges and universities. Utilizes independent judgement and collaborates with all areas of the hospital. Serves on committees, assists with house wide orientation and other training and development courses.
