Job Description : Pave-it has been in the Asphalt Business since over 30 years and we are hiring for the 2022 Season. We are expanding every year and need Employees that are experienced in the Blacktop industry. All Equipment and Trucks are new and updated frequently to ensure a safe and productive work Environment.Following Positions are available:* Foreman to an Asphalt crew* Roller operaters* Paver Operaters* $30.00 – $40.00 an hour, depending on experience* Paid Holidays and paid Vacation* Christmas Bonus* 40 hr work week + weekends available* Monthly work reviews with raise* Weekly pay frequency with direct deposit* regular business hours work schedule, no night shiftsWe require the following:* Must pass a drug test prior to start* must have a valid Drivers license, preferred CDL* be a team Player, work with a crew or lead a crew* Communicate with each other and management* minimum of 1-2 years of Blacktop experience, operating equipment etcPlease call (513)604-1246 with any questions.Please send your resume with indeed or apply in person.Job Type: Full-timePay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hourBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payTipsEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:Commercial Driving: 1 year (Preferred)Blacktop: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
