Job Description : Specific Job Duties: General Job Duties:· To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.· To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.· Follow Company policies and display conduct expected of IAC employees as described in the Work Plant Rules and Work Safety Rules.· Adhere to all safety and health objectives, policies and procedures of IAC to provide for a safe and healthful workplace. Work in a safe manner at all times and report any unsafe conditions to your supervisor in order that the situation can be corrected. Report all accidents and near misses in a timely manner when they occur.· Maintain proper ergonomics at all times when performing assigned tasks.· To perform daily cross-functional job assignments in all areas of your assigned department per the established procedures and work guidance.· Participate and support all lean, continuous improvement programs, initiatives and activities.· Clean all assigned work areas after completion of the required work according to 5s standards.· Maintain proper radio etiquette when using company radios, PA System and/or phone, business use only.· Maintain professionalism when representing the company.· Perform other duties as assigned.Specific Job Duties: Expert user Knowledge of supplier portals, specifically Covisint, DDHL, Radey, including pulling demand, answering tickets, scheduling trucks, and filing disputes· Customer service contact for assigned program· Schedule part numbers in JIT windows for assembly/production· Manage PCO/PCR changes for components & finished goods ensuring proper part number set up· Track and forecast future demand for planning purposes· Logistics management for JIT deliveries as well as unplanned shipments· Maintain accurate inventories of component materials and finished good product· Work very closely with Manufacturing Operations and other departments concerning materials management and delivery performanceRaw Materials· Scheduling raw materials (and/or Injection Molding presses) to support pilot and production requirements utilizing MRP· Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding delivery, quantity shipped and purchased materials· Manage Engineering Changes as it relates to materials· Material set up of new product launch· Effectively manage inventory with accuracy.Adjust inventory according to cycle countsInvestigate any large variancesEducation Requirements· Bachelor degree or 3-5 experience in a related fieldExperience Requirements· Excellent computer including typing and the use of Microsoft Excel and Word· Excellent verbal and written communication skills· Ability to read, write and perform non-complex mathematical calculations· Ability to pay attention to detail, multi-task and follow direction· Experience with QAD, MP2 and AS400 preferred·Job Type: Full-timePay: From $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCOVID-19 considerations:NoneWork Location: One location
