Job Description : Key Bridge Compliance is seeking a Compliance Officer to join our growing team of highly motivated and driven compliance professionals. Key Bridge Compliance has a singular focus to service and address the regulatory compliance needs of the Registered Investment Advisors community by offering a suite of outsourced compliance solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique requirements. Key Bridge was started in response to the growing demand for outsourced compliance services in the RIA community.The Compliance Officer is responsible for working with Chief Compliance Officers to implement and administer compliance programs of our clients. The Compliance Officer will work with various clients completing tasks as required by each CCO or compliance program including, but not limited to; Email Review, Advertising, and Social Media Reviews, and delivering training.This position must either be in the Covington, KY or Washington, D.C. area. We operate in a hybrid work model, with a mixture of working in the office and remotely.If you have any previous experience in the legal, finance, or compliance sectors, this could be a great fit for you! We will provide you the training and tools needed to be successful in the role and give you the foundation to build a career within our industry!ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESAssist Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing clients compliance with government laws and regulations.Coordinating with company management and clients to identify potential risks, implementing policies and procedures to uphold laws and regulations and monitoring the company’s adherence to those policies and procedures.Take action in dealing with noncompliance situations, creating realistic plans to overcome them.Deliver training to clients to make sure everyone is aware of what they need to do to comply with internal and external laws and regulations.The ability to work independently and, as part of a team, to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.Conducts client tasks as required by each CCO or compliance program including, but not limited to; Email Review, Advertising, and Social Media Reviews.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s Degree or equivalent Required1-3 years experience working with companies in the financial or legal sector PreferredExperience using a CRM Preferred Strong organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to handle multiple and competing projects and deadlinesStrong customer service and relationship management skillsKnowledge of basic Microsoft Office applicationsFamiliarity with Financial Services compliance, Registered Investment Advisers, Broker-Dealers, and Regulatory Filings a plusWHAT WE OFFERGrowth personally and professionallyMentorship opportunities$60-$85,000 base salaryMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401K with Company MatchPaid Time OffPotential annual bonusJob Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 – $85,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)Dental insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:CRM: 1 year (Preferred)working in financial or legal sector: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
