Job Description : Position Summary: eCommerce Content Analyst Company Background Founded in 2009, Midwest Equipment Sales (“MWE”) is a rapidly growing developer, importer, and distributor of market leading products through two divisions: (1) aftermarket tracks and tires for the small and mid-size equipment industry (the“Tracks & Tires” division), and (2) outdoor power products, such as portable generators, pressure washers and battery products (the “OPE” Outdoor Power Equipment division). MWE markets its products primarily through e-commerce channels, both through its own website portal, as well as leading online retailers (such as Amazon, Lowe’s, and HomeDepot).Job Overview: The eCommerce Content Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing product content and marketing asset placements with our eCommerce retail partners.Responsibilities and Duties: Ensure quality, clarity and consistency while managing the distribution of content across all channelsPerform maintenance to existing catalog to ensure pathway to sale, and proper representation of productsWork cross-functionally with internal and external teams in the creation of product contentManage content integrity audits both internally and across retailer sitesAssist with the launching of new products including product titles, product attributes, product categorization, pricing, images, and other on-page assetsStrategically optimize online experiences through measuring site behavior and sales conversion as core competenciesWork with the Product Development teams to keep up to date on new products, item information, and trends to ensure that all new initiatives are being represented digitallyManage site presentation of the product in categories and search results to maximize salesAssist with the syndication of reviews and questions across multiple platforms.Contribute new ideas and concepts for site content, digital marketing team, and site merchandisingReview analytics on a periodic basis and make suggestions for site and content improvementsAd hoc reportingQualifications and Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and critical thought skills are requiredAbility to communicate complex issues, brand direction, and best practicesStrong organization, team-oriented philosophy, and problem-solving skills are requiredAbility to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time—must be self-motivated and possess a strong business acumenExcellent interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)High proficiency in Excel, experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferredEducation / Training Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field is preferred1-2 years’ experience in eCommerce or MarketingJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:Columbus, OH 43228: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Bachelor’s (Preferred)Experience:Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
