Ward, an award-winning moving and relocation company.You are committed to doing things right. You’ll be prompt and won’t make excuses. You relish the opportunity to go the extra mile.Specific details of this in office position:Serve as primary point of contact for customers during the relocation process.Answer phones and set appointments for sales representatives.Work with sales and operations team to coordinate operational and service plan for customers.Provide timely updates and information to customers and provide counseling on the relocation process.Enter and update required information in various business systems.Coordinate 3rd party vendor services for origin and destination when needed.Prepare necessary paperwork for crew and customers.Clearly and accurately communicate customers’ needs and expectations to operations and other internal customers.Communicate with customers after completion of services to assess customer satisfaction and resolve outstanding issues as necessary.If this describes YOU and you are excited about this opportunity, then send your resume in response to this posting.
