As the Benefits Administrator, you will oversee the daily operation of our benefit programs as well as partner with key members of the leadership team to analyze vendor performance, administer and negotiate vendor contracts, and recommend program changes and enhancements.What can Coleman offer you as the Benefits Administrator? Serve as the primary contact for plan vendors and 3rd party administratorsAssist employees with benefit issues/concerns providing excellent customer serviceCoordinate open enrollment meetings and communication materialsWork with auditors to supply timely and accurate data as neededReconcile bills, update benefit summaries, and provide reporting as requiredParticipate in benefit education for employeesIdentify and recommend benefits solutions, cost savings, and plan designsWhat qualifications will you need to be successful in this role?
