Our goal is to create unique and timeless spaces by maintaining quality and appropriateness in design as well as resolute attention to details of construction, material selection and craftsmanship.Gardener Job DescriptionAs a Landscape Gardener, you are required to work as directed within each project, either alone or more often as part of a team, to deliver high quality garden and grounds maintenance or landscaping services. You will be expected to be friendly and helpful to customers at all times, work with confidence and enthusiasm, be self-motivated, adaptable, proactive and be a team player.ResponsibilitiesOperating power equipmentWeeding and deadheadingApplying mulch and soil amendmentsTransplanting, dividing perennials, watering and fertilizingPlanting and maintaining a variety of woody and herbaceous plantsHauling brush, mowing and rakingRequirements and skillsHands-on experience working within home or commercial gardens, landscape settingsFamiliarity with landscaping designGeneral knowledge of regional plant lifeAbility to operate equipment and use tools with regard for personal and crew/client safety.The ability to lift 50 lbs.The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of timeA high school degree or GEDJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payExperience:Gardening/landscape: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: Multiple Locations
