Previous Clerical Support experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.Duties & Responsibilities: General office clerical duties (filing, answering phones, scheduling appointments, etc.)Assist Sales & Service StaffAssist with greeting and helping Sales & Service customersPerform other dealership tasksRequired Skills: Ability to prioritize and multitaskStrong attention to detail, accuracy as well as strong time management skillsExcellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and dependableStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAble to work well both independently and as a team memberProficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)Must have a professional appearance, well-groomed and friendly personalityAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentBenefits include paid holidays and vacation time, health/dental/vision/disability insurance options and employee discounts.Hours: 5 day work week with no Saturday or Sunday hoursSalary: $35,000 – $40,000 competitive wages, dependent on skill set and experience plus bonus opportunities.Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftSupplemental Pay:Bonus payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: One location
