Management efforts must be focused on achieving planned sales and profit goals. Additionally, the Store Manager must ensure quality customer service and compliance in all areas related to successful store operations. Position requires proven record of producing results and prior sales experience that produces results. Also requires operational expertise that contribute to processes that increase revenues and lowers costs through proper expense control. We offer our Store Managers a great Profit Sharing Plan which includes the benefits of ownership without having to invest any money!We will provide the training you need to reach your career goals!Management efforts must be focused on:Building Customer Satisfaction and LoyaltyEmployee Capability, Training and RetentionAchieving planned sales and profit goalsJOB REQUIREMENTS3-5 years of prior sales experience requiredStrong communication, customer service attitude and selling skillsIndividual must enjoy a fast paced environment and demonstrate a sense of urgency.Individual must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team environment.Candidate must have the skills to develop a staff for peak performance.Individual must possess the drive and desire to learn.Basic automotive service operations knowledge.Must have a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving recordMust be able to pass a drug screenMust have the ability to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionallyAbility to follow all store and safety policies and procedures.
