Job Description : This position is responsible for the designated accounts by delivering prompt, accurate and high-quality customer service. In our high-paced environment, there will also be plenty of opportunities to sell additional coverage to your existing customers as well as to write new business.Essential Skills: A comprehensive understanding of personal and small business products and servicesThe ability to promptly provide accurate answers to customer and carrier inquiriesThe ability to work independently and express excellent judgment in identifying and resolving service issuesAdherence to agency procedures for selling, servicing and processingExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenEssential Duties And Responsibilities: Manage an assigned book of business with a focus on retention and increased client profitability through cross-selling other products and servicesMeet with existing and prospective new customersQuote and issue new business servicesThoroughly and carefully process customer transactions as they are received in order to minimize exposure to Errors & OmissionsDocument all interactions and transactions pertaining to customersComply with all office policies, standards, and proceduresBe proficient in our Management System, rating systems, and other resources providedAny other duties as assigned by management teamJob Type: Full-timePay: $43,500.00 – $58,000.00 per yearSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilitySupplemental Pay:Bonus payCommission payEducation:High school or equivalent (Preferred)Work Location: Multiple Locations
