Job Description : Title: Payroll Implementation Consultant
Type: Contract
Compensation: $60/hr W2
Location: 100% Remote
Our client in the HR and Payroll industry is in need of a Payroll Implementation Consultants to expand their National Accounts team working with small business and mid size clients. You may be implementing for new clients or acquisitions, or migrating legacy clients to new platforms.
Qualifications for the Payroll Implementation Consultant:
3+ years implementing Workforce Now payroll modules like compensation
Must have prior Mainframe Autopay Configuration experience
Experience with products like Payforce or PCPW are a plus
Experience performing special calculations like 401k, Overtime & Holiday pay, FSLA, Tips, etc
Configuration experience with WFN payroll modules
Tasks:
Conducts project initiation activities.
Analyze existing client systems interface requirements business process and operational needs
Responsible for development of design documents.
Provides professional consulting services in the areas of product/service customizations, business process, complex custom reports, and special projects as related to implementation effort.
Configuration / Integration
Works and counsels with client on system and service configuration efforts product adaptation and business best practice solutions.
