Position : Customer Relationship Executive
Job Description : Nestasia is looking for amazing customer relationship executives. The selected candidates would manage WhatsApp and Instagram to resolve customer queries before and after the purchase. Typical queries for Nestasia are regarding product attributes, suggestions for purchases, matching products, delivery timelines and post-purchase services.
Given most of our audience is female, we would strongly prefer a female candidate for this role.
This role is a Kolkata based role and we are only looking for candidates who are comfortable in commuting to Southern Avenue, Kolkata on a daily basis. This is an in person role only.
The ideal candidate should have the below skillsets
Excellent fluency in English and Hindi
Ability to communicate with a premium audience
Keen interest in tableware and home decoration
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent grasp of WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook
Fast typing on the phone and on a laptop
The below would be considered an advantage for this role but is not compulsory
Previous customer care experience (Amazon/Flipkart/other ecommerce sites)
Fluency in Tamil/Telegu/Kannada/Malayalam/other regional languages is a plus

Required Experience and Qualifications
Experience: 0 – 3 years in Customer Support( Preferred )
