Job Description : Front Office RepresentativeOur ideal candidate is a highly motivated, outgoing individual, has a professional speaking voice, compassionate, and able to communicate clearly and efficiently.As a caller and front office representative, you are the first point of contact in our practice, a candidate will be calling existing patients to schedule hygiene and restorative appointments, taking payments, verifying insurance eligibility, and performing other administrative tasks. This would include multitasking, answering multiple lines phones, gathering and recording information, and attention to detail. We are also looking for a qualified candidate to cross-train and assist the doctors with procedures.On-site training is provided. Experience is preferred but not required.Voted Best Dental Practice in Thomasville for 2019!Our hours are Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00, Tuesday 1:00-8:00.
