Job Description : This position is 100% remote.
Gubagoo, a division of Reynolds and Reynolds that focuses on conversational commerce, is looking for a remote Technical Support Specialist. Technical support team members are responsible for handling technical escalations and more advanced technical inquiries from our Client Success Specialists, who handle our day to day success of customers. While supporting a highly technical product, we build our values into every step of our day-to-day work, including how we structure our support team. In this position you will spend most of your time responding to tickets and troubleshooting. There will be client-facing interactions, which are limited.
Responsibilities:
Triaging technical tickets and bugs before they are sent to our product/development teamTraining team members on how to resolve technical issuesOccasionally working off-schedule or weekend hours to help solve a particularly sticky situation.Ensure that requests are answered timely and accuratelyDevelop new strategies to improve client performance and satisfactionCollaborate with internal teams to address customers’ needsMaintain up to date knowledge about company products and services
Requirements:
1-2 years+ technical experience/similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and multitasking abilities
Customer oriented attitude and problem solving aptitude
Experience with Ticketing/CRM systems
Spreadsheet/report creation Microsoft office/or equivalent preferred
Experience in automotive industry or social media advertisements is a plus
