Job Description : A top-performing Real Estate Team in Atlanta, GA is seeking a full-time candidate for the important position of Executive Assistant. This role with the Schiff Real Estate Team has the opportunity for rapid growth and potential to quickly transition into the Director of Operations position. The Executive Assistant will ensure that the Schiff Real Estate Team meets all business goals by overseeing the successful implementation and management of financial systems, all administration, organization and infrastructure, human resources, and technology. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems. The Executive Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted. This individual may exhibit some drive and desire to influence; however, the overriding marker of his/her behavior is persistence and stability.
The Executive Assistant should have a proven track record of creating and implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere and will pay special attention to detail. This person will have a strong sense of urgency and must enjoy “to-do lists”. They will be an “outside the box” thinker and problem solver, will work well in both a team setting and independently. Most importantly this person will possess a positive, “can-do” attitude and will bring a sense of fun to the team. An active Georgia real estate license is highly preferred, but not required. Compensation
Salary: $65,000-$75,000

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000
Responsibilities:
Build, implement, and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, database management, information management, and back-office support
Track expenses, maintain the budget and generate financial reports
Oversee all contracts through closing
Create and maintain an operations manual that documents all systems and standards
Screening and directing phone calls; distributing correspondence.
Be the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems or issues that need to be handled
Maintain a positivity culture as a productivity leader
Hold team members accountable to their tasks and goals
Ensures that all systems and processes run efficiently, and the team is adhering to all systems and processes
Plan and execute team and client events
Maintain office supplies and organization
Perform all administrative duties as needed for the team
Manage day to day office operations
Be the liaison for all referrals partners, vendors & Ansley staff
Support team leadership as needed to ensure a smooth-running operation
Qualifications:
Outstanding organization.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Tech-savvy; up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications and able to navigate new systems quickly, proficient in Google Suites.
Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload – can work on multiple projects at once.
Able to work independently to support a team and appropriately manage time.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Discretion and confidentiality.
Customer service focus.
College degree and social media experience preferred.
Candidate will need to be willing to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse).
Comfortable handling strong personalities.
Must be thorough and LOVE to-do lists.
This person must have a CAN and WILL DO attitude. This person will do anything and everything they need to in order to free their Agents up to sell.
