Ideal candidate will be customer service orientated, able to multi-task and have great time management skills, a good communicator, detail orientated, and able to prioritize jobs. Other desirable skills include:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, detail-oriented and highly organizedDesire to learn new skills and take on challengesDemonstrated problem-solving abilityDeadline driven and extremely organizedDetail oriented with the ability to spot and correct errors.Excellent verbal and written communication skillsTechnology savvy and able to learn programs quicklyA team-player mentalityJob ResponsibilitiesFiling and organizing paperwork in tenant filesScanning and uploading documents to our company Dropbox accountMay need to meet with tenants to assist with the completion of recertification formsFollowing up with tenants for signatures on paperworkAssist with date sensitive paperwork.Retrieve candidates from the waitlist and work with applicants to complete the necessary applicationAssist with interviewing, running background checks and credit checks for all new applicantsShow vacant units to applicantsAnswer and return all phone callsKeep PM up to date on tenant concerns or needsNotify maintenance manager and put in work orders for maintenance requestsCommunicate with resident services regarding any tenant issuesMail/deliver rent and delinquency statementsCollect rents from rent boxes, date stamp, and photocopy rent checksAssists in performing move-in, annual unit, and move out inspectionsRequirements: 1-3 years of administrative assistant experience. Experience in the property management field is not required.
