Position : Customer Service Manager

Job Description : Description
The Customer Service Manager (CSM) manages the Service Scheduling model and supervises the team responsible for coordinating and scheduling onsite preventative maintenance and corrective service events with field service staff and subcontractors. Working closely with the Field Service Manager and supervising Director, the CSM is to provide visionary leadership within the defined region, resulting in effective and quality on-time completion of field work, adequate staffing management, maximized personnel utilization, employee career development, regional cost and inventory control, and achievement of total revenue and margin targets.
Requirements
4 years of management experience
4 years working in a service-related industry
Customer service experience
Excellent typing and computer skills; proficient with Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Experience working with an ERP (ex: IFS, SAP, MS Dynamics) or Service Management system
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical generator operations is a plus
High School Diploma or GED
