Job Description : Full-Time Customer Service CoordinatorWe are a medical supply distributor based in Alpharetta, GA seeking to add a full-time Customer Service Coordinator to our team.Duties and Responsibilities โ€“ Customer ServiceAnswer incoming calls and provide first line of service, transfer the call if customer asks for a certain sales rep.Communicate with customers via emails, over the phone, or occasionally face to face.Look after the customer accounts and update their transaction status.Duties and Responsibilities โ€“ Sales SupportProvide sales support including, but not limited to:Entering new customer orders from websites, call-ins, or emailed purchase ordersEntering Vendor Purchase Orders for drop shipsAnswering customer inquiries on product shipmentsTake payments by phoneInterface with the warehouse, vendors and team membersQualifications Required Associateโ€™s or Bachelorโ€™s degree (previous similar work experience accepted as alternative)Working knowledge of Sage Intacct software helpful100% Team PlayerPossess a friendly, helpful, โ€œcan doโ€ demeanorKnowledge of customer services ethics, principles and proceduresProficiency in administrative and documentation proceduresExtra SkillsShould possess excellent computer skillsShould have great communication skills: written and verbalShould be able to handle a lot of data at a good paceShould have a lot of patience when communicating with the customer and maintain composure even if the customer is being rudeShould have good listening skills since (most communication with customers is performed over the phone)Must be attentive to detailsShould have the skill of versatility adapting to many customer service situationsPosition is full-time, 40 hours per week, M-F, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM. Starting compensation will be commensurate with experience including full benefits package comparable to Fortune 100 companies.
