Job Description : We are looking for Call Center Operation Manager/ Administrator to join our fortune 500 client’s tech team.Primary skillsExperience in developing or supporting call center related technology.Genesys 8.x framework or similar Administration experienceStrong knowledge on working of Genesys or similar technology Routing and Reporting componentsProfessional knowledge and experience in the troubleshooting, configuration and implementation of Genesys 8.x Framework, CIM, SIP Server, Multi-Channel Routing, Web ChatWell rounded with experience in multiple contact center technologies including CTI, SIP and Genesys SIP Server, Call Routing and Historical Reporting, Genesys Workspace, Call Recording, VoIP technology, and CRM and IVR solutionsSolid analytical skills, problem determination, and resolution recovery processesAbility to interface and cultivate excellent working relationships with technology teams, business analysts, and vendorsExperience in troubleshooting Salesforce , Avaya CM, NICE call recorder and NUANCE Speech recognizerAre driven to learn about new technologies, techniques and what it takes to be an integral member of this teamHands-on experience administering large-scale, high-availability systems and the tools to monitor performance and availabilityific to technical discussions across the management layersExperience with incident on call and ability to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basisJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: From $35.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shiftAbility to commute/relocate:Atlanta, GA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:call center technology: 4 years (Preferred)Genesys or similar system: 4 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
