Job Description : We’re hiring full-time INBOUND phone and email service representatives! You’ll be part of a team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. Join us at 1150 W. Grove Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85283.
Pay & Sign-on Bonus:
Start at $18.00/hour with three automatic raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $19.20/hour!
For a limited time, receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus paid in three installments: $200 at 60 days, $300 at 120 days, and $500 at 180 days. You must be employed at the time of payout; additional terms and conditions may apply.
Shifts, Training & Safety:
We offer the flexibility of several 8-hour shift options between 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (AZ time) Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.
As a new team member, you’ll participate in 1 day of onsite training and continue your development in a 7-week virtual training program as you work from home until further notice.
When a return-to-office plan is established, you’ll enjoy a hybrid work environment with 3 days in the office (2 days of your choice) and 2 days at home.
For flexibility, a laptop, dual monitors, keyboard and accessories will be provided for your home office.

You Will:
Build customer relationships and loyalty by responding to a high volume of INBOUND phone calls.
Work with customers and Sales team members daily in a team-based environment.
Use a computer and multiple computer programs in each call with periods of prolonged sitting (up to 8 hours per day).
Resolve customers’ challenges with the best solutions by using all resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies situations, apply credit, and implement return procedures.
You Have:
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs at once
