At DWG, our Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for contacting, interviewing, and hiring top talent. They are expected to have a strong attention to detail and a passion to succeed.How you’ll grow…At Design Works Gaming, you will be a part of a close-knit team. If you have big ideas and the drive to make things happen, we want to talk with you!Your Role and Impact: · Develop a working knowledge of departments to quickly identify hiring needs at the department level, as well as how that fits into the broader organizational culture· Create a pipeline of talent, specifically for frequently filled positions· Work creatively with departments to help create recruitment plans, identify resources for outreach and staffing needs· Establish relationships with local high school, community college and college campus to attend job fairs and contact talented students· Maintain candidate database to utilize for additional roles and maintain contact with candidates· Use outside of the box tactics to find non-traditional candidates· Develop a recruiting game plan and timeline for each role to shape proper expectations for departments and managers· Draft job descriptions and post on various sites for diversified candidates· Proactively seek out opportunities for Design Works Gaming’s jobs to be advertised or events to attend· Ability to maintain, grow and forecast recruiting department and needs· Interview, screen and provide guidance on candidates for managers· Additional duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications: · 1-2 years experience in HR or recruiting· Strong communication skills both written and verbal· Ability to think outside the box· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint· Excellent interpersonal skills· Adaptability to learn about each roleAbout Design Works GamingAs a highly recognized 3rd party game development company, Design Works Gaming builds top-performing casino games for the industry’s biggest names across three verticals: Land-Based Gaming, Real-Money Gaming Online and our own Social Games.
