Job Description : Inside sales representative for fast growing tech company located in N. Scottsdale. Our company is looking to hire a sales team member that will focus on calling incoming leads.There is no cold calling. These leads our company receives from our website and social media. You must be able to educate leads about our products and services and turn those leads into customers. Leads come in all day long and we need an experienced phone sales associate to close them.This job includes consistent follow up to those potential clients. Therefore, you need to be organized and detailed oriented.You must be self-motivated and accountable. We don’t micromanage here. Everyone is expected to perform their job responsibilities.Our office is very relaxed, fun, and a positive environment!WHAT YOU WILL DO· Manage pipeline of leads that come into our company.· Make 60 – 100 calls per day (incoming leads & follow up.)· Educate our potential customers about our products and services.· Follow up – follow up – follow up· Achieve set sales goals· Must be self-motivated· Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound required.· Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.COMPENSATION:$20 Per hour with potential bonuses based on overall company performance.Qualifications:· High School Diploma· Must have 1 years prior sales experience· Must have a track record of success.· Sales CRM experience and basic Microsoft Office and Excel experience.· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timeJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $25.00 – $26.00 per hourBenefits:Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:sales: 1 year (Preferred)Work Location: One location
