Job Description : OverviewDo you want to work in a small, private, state of the art, luxury medical practice? We specialize in high performance health for high performance people. Our clientele invests in their health and have high standards for quality care. This is reflected in our patient outcomes and testimonials.We utilize both conventional and natural therapeutics which make us unique in the health and wellness field. Our therapies include comprehensive blood work, detox, IV vitamin therapy, IV laser, regenerative procedures, aesthetics, etc. In addition to daily practice, we hold wellness retreats.We are not a traditional medical practice in that we have un-rushed visits and see about 5-10 patients daily. We are thorough and execute what we feel a healthcare experience should be.We are seeking an exceptional and experienced admin who wants to become part of a global movement in longevity and healthy living.Job DescriptionThe admin will work directly with the Dr., nurse, and clients. They will be accountable for delivering our high-level service.Duties to Include but not limited to: – Answer phone, schedule appointments, reminder texts, and email communications- Office setup each morning- Handle correspondence from different agencies (labs, other medical offices)- Preparing lab requisition forms, updating supplement lists- Will be trained to take patient vital signs (as a backup to nurse)- Keep supplies stocked and organized, inventory- Uses highest hygienic standards, abides by sanitation protocols, basic daily cleaning/tidy, mask required when with patients (at this time).- Notifying Dr. of urgent patient messages or results- Prepare patient charts for Dr. (forms, labs, imaging for appointment)- May be asked to help with Dr’s personal errands- Abide by HIPAA, patient privacy, and data security at all times.Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week. No weekends or holidays. May transition to full-time. 1099/Contractor Status AcceptablePay: $22-25 per hour (depending on qualifications).Employee discount for therapies.Bonus opportunityQualifications: Minimum of 1 year experience (3 years administrative or office support preferred)Proficient Computer Skills (WORD, Excel, Mac platforms, Google, etc.)Valid driver’s licensePass an annual background clearance, and random drug and alcohol screeningHealthcare experience is not requiredSkills: Excellent Customer Service/Friendly/AccommodatingAssertiveOrganizedTimelyFlexibleReliable/CommittedAble to work under pressureEffective communicator/team playerPosition Summary: The admin will be an integral part of our team as they provide outstanding patient care and support, comply with our high standards, and clearly communicate with the team.
