Being able to work independently to develop and grow your book of business is a requirement for this position. Organization, multi-tasking, and a passion for learning are necessary to be successful in this position.*Responsibilities: *This position is at the forefront of aesthetic medicine. You will provide patient care and treatment plans which include laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, leg vein treatment, medical-grade chemical peels, scar revision, medical-grade skincare and more.*Essential Skills and Abilities: *Bring in and build your own book of businessA drive to exceed sales quotas each month/quarter yearAbility to cross-sell products and recommend additional services while rendering treatmentsCommitment to learn and follow all company policies, procedures, and aspects of patient care, with a strong passion to demonstrate and promote company cultureProven experience building and maintaining customer relationshipsRecognize patient needs and create customized plansConfidence with patient education for post-treatment and long-term care to achieve the best resultsEducating patients in skincare treatments, post treatment instructions and developing an ongoing individualized treatment planFollow up with all patients and ensure they are provided information on new treatments and products available to achieve optimal outcomesDocument all patient services and communication per company protocolKeep accurate and organized inventory in treatment roomsAdhere to ADHS regulations*Key Skills: *Team Communication: You will have exceptional verbal communication skills; Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, high attention to detail, and environmental awareness, as well as strong organizational skills are required in this position. You must be willing to take direction and instruction for assigned tasks with a positive attitude and implement those tasks effectively. You must be willing to take constructive feedback and actively work towards establishing and meeting goals.Patient Communication: The ability to communicate and educate patients with confidence during all aspects of their treatments is required of all our practitioners.
