Position : Inventory Control Analyst

Job Description : Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, you as the Inventory Control Analyst will manage warehouse inventory maintenance and reconciliation daily. You will reconcile and maintain the accuracy of inventory within our ERP system for finished goods (energy drink) and point of sale (POS) items on a national level. You will scan stock to ensure accuracy, timeliness and quality of product storage and oversee daily inventory functions by maintaining records of value, count, and type of materials at the warehouse location and participate in conducting audits. You will also support Month End Close and Year End Close processes. Your shift will be 2nd shift B, Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

INVENTORY CONTROLResponsible for inventory control topics between Red Bull North America (RBNA), Red Bull HQ and Logistics PartnersMaintain and process warehouse claims, samples and disposalsComplete daily/weekly receipt and shipment reconciliationOrganize and stage product to support daily warehouse operations.Verify products have the correct SKU quantities.Complete stock adjustments, restocks and stock movements within the facility.Research and reconcile daily inventory variances.Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to SAP.Inspect and audit the quality of the product ensuring no damage to the product or the pallet.Follow damaged inventory control process ensuring damaged stock is shipped out and destroyed properly.Follow damaged pallet process, ensuring the pallet is marked out of stock and then moving the pallet to the correct location within the facility.Collaboratively work with planners, shipping and receiving, and production partners.
SYSTEMS SUPPORTMonitor Electronic data interfaces between Red Bull and Partners and resolve any issuesEnsure controls are formally documented and established for all inventory processesComplete weekly operations checks allowing finance to submit weekly sales
OPERATIONSEnsure safe use of warehouse equipmentPerform safety inspections and auditsMaintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures

EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
1+ years experience as an Inventory Control Analyst
Experience working in a warehouse environment
Comfortable working with numbers
Ability to lift and transport up to 50 pounds of inventory
Forklift operations a plus
Experience with SAP a plus
Your shift will be 2nd shift B, Monday through Friday 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
High School Diploma or G.E.D.
English, Additional languages an advantage
