Job Description : HR/Office ManagerBolte Homes is a residential construction company based in Scottsdale, Arizona. Our projects include custom homes, semi-custom homes, single-family attached homes, and multi-family homes.We are looking for a HR/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Human Resources and Office Manager duties and a desire to be part of a growing company that is focused on providing the best service to our clients.Responsibilities: Recruiting and onboarding to include job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and enrolling new employees in benefit programsAssist in processing payrollTrack time off and sick time for employeesEnforce company policies and practicesMaintain employee files and documentsAssist in planning and organizing events for the officeDay-to-day office management – answer phones, stock supplies, order office materialsSkills/Requirements: Effective verbal and written communication skillsTeam player with strong leadership and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented and highly organizedBasic understanding of Microsoft Office productsSelf starter with the ability to work independently toward solutionsMulti-task, set priorities, and manage time effectivelyKnowledge of employment laws and regulations relating to human resourcesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $50,000-$60,000 per year depending on skills and/or qualificationsBonus ProgramBenefits: Full medical benefits – 100% covered for employees401K with matchingPaid Holidays plus accrue PTO/Vacation TimeMileage ReimbursementEmployee is subject to a 90-day probationary period, which will be evaluated based on performance.Job Types: Full-time, InternshipPay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridaySupplemental Pay:Bonus payAbility to commute/relocate:Scottsdale, AZ 85260: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience:Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:Driver’s License (Required)Work Location: One location
